Urgent requirement for Sr. Manager/ Site Engineer - Civil On Contract for Chattisgarh Location

Experience & Education Qualification:

• B.E./B. Tech Civil
• 15 years experience
• Related to Maintenance & infrastructure work in Power & Metal plants.
• Industrial Experience
• Should have managed a team of at least 20 people.
• Flood mitigation & ETP, ZLD projects.

Job Responsibility:

• Execute & Complete the assessments / projects within time frame.
• Execute the maintenance and infrastructure works.
• Conducting Monthly & weekly Meeting with contractors and SBU heads.
• Contract Management
• Developing a project plan
• Managing deliverables according to the plan
• Leading and managing the project team
• Determining the methodology used on the project
• Establishing a project schedule and determining each phase
• Assigning tasks to project team members
• Communicating with upper management
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Eligibility Criteria:

• Related to Maintenance & infrastructure work in Power & Metal plants.
• Industrial Experience
• Should have managed a team of at least 20 people.
• Flood mitigation & ETP, ZLD projects.
